I. ADMISSION

1. Applicants must be healthy and between 18 and 35 years old.

2. Applicants must have passed Grade Twelve (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum 60% score in Biology, Physics,

Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects.

3. Applicants must pass the interview conducted by college.

II. CHINESE PROFICIENCY TEST (HSK)

HSK is a national standardized test of the Chinese level of nonnative Chinese speakers, including foreigners, overseas Chinese and Chinese minorities. MBBS students are required to pass HSK Aclass/ Band Three in the first 2 school years. HSK oriented Chinese classes are arranged in this period. The Ministry of Education of China requires foreign students who study in universities or majors of science, engineering, agriculture, western medicine to pass Aclass/ Band Three HSK (basic).

III. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Application forms are distributed from June 1st to July 30th each year.

2. Applicants should apply through the authorized representatives in the respective countries.

3. The Confirmation Letter and JW202 forms will be sent to the selected applicants through the representatives, with which the students can apply for their “X” visas in the Chinese Embassy.

4. The registration fee is not refundable once the JW202 form has been processed.

IV. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

2. A valid passport

3. Health examination report, which must be original documents with the seal of a government hospital.

4. Financial support report.

5. Letter of financial guarantee

6. Photocopies of Secondary High School Graduate Certificate and Official Academic Records

7. 10 color photos, each one 2 inches with white background.
